Review of master’s thesis syllabus in English Language, course 6B
Implement the plan for the academic year 2022 – 2023 and the master’s degree training program of the School of Foreign Languages – Thai Nguyen University. In the morning of April 15, 2023, the SFL Review Board hold a review of master’s thesis proposals for graduate students majoring in English Language in the academic year 2021-2023.
Attending the review of the master’s thesis outline are the members of the Council: Dr. Dang Thi Thanh Huong – Vice rector of SFL – Chairman of the Council; Dr. Nguyen Thi Minh Loan – Head of English Department of SFL, Dr. Nguyen Thi Dieu Ha – Head of Training and Learner Management Department SFL, Dr. Le Thi Hang – Lecturer of SFL, Dr. Nguyen Thi Que – University of Science. The teachers in the council are all PhDs with extensive experience and in-depth knowledge in the fields of the specialty.

The Council work very urgently and seriously, listen to the learners presenting their thesis proposals and suggestions for each outline, and also exchange directly with learner to find the most suitable research direction for the research proposal. The members of the Council leave their comments on the following issues: suitable to the training major, science, logic in naming the topic with the objectives and contents of research, methods, scope of research, research situation, structure of the thesis and expected results of the thesis.
The mistakes that learners often make in the process of developing the outline have been specially noted and pointed out by the Council to help learners have a closer look at their research topics. The learners have absorbed and listened to a lot of useful knowledge and experiences to edit their master’s thesis better, as well as will be more convenient in the process of implementing the master’s thesis in the future.
